Production process: coated sand is the molding sand or core sand covered with a layer of solid resin film on the surface of the sand before the shape of the sand. There are two kinds of cold and hot lamination process: cooling method with ethanol dissolving resin, and adding Urotropine in sand mixing process, so that the two are coated on the surface of sand, ethanol volatilization, was coated sand; hot sand heated to a certain temperature, and the resin melting, mixing the resin coated in the sand surface, plus Urotropine aqueous solution and lubricant, cooling, crushing and sieving of coated sand. Used for casting steel and cast iron.
